How do I care for my bracelet?
🔸Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions, or any other chemicals.
🔸 Remove your bracelet before showering or immersing yourself in water. Some bracelets contain silver plated materials which may tarnish if they come in contact with water.
🔸 Remove your bracelet before going to bed.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
RETURNS
Brila Gifts does not accept returns for any reason unless there is a mistake on our part such as an incorrect card or cord colour. If this is the case, then Brila Gifts would take full responsibility. Returned items without notice will not be accepted or be eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGES
Brila Gifts does not accept exchanges due to change of mind.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests are accepted within three (3) hours of purchase.
How long does it take to produce my order?
All items are made to order so please allow 2 - 3 days for your order to be prepared. Production time may vary depending on the volume of orders. Once your order has been made, your package will then be dispatched to the shipping courier, USPS, for delivery as soon as possible, usually the following business day. I will try to stick within the production time above but it is not guaranteed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Available shipping methods:
1) First Class Mail - 3 - 5 days (Excluding Sundays)
2) Priority Mail - 1 - 3 days
🔸These are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.
🔸Shipping delays may occur due to unforseen circumstances such as weather conditions.
🔸USPS does not ship on national holidays.
Once packages are dispatched to the courier, Brila Gifts is not liable for any delays in packages, damages, or loss that may incur. The buyer bears the risk of loss once the package is in transit.
Can you rush my order?

Can I have two separate colours for a set?
Of course! Simply state your other colour preference/s in the 'notes to seller' box at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Brila Gifts operates solely online and does not have a brick and mortar store to facilitate pick-ups or any other business transactions.
Can I get a discount if I order multiple quantities?
I do not offer discounts if you purchase multiple items.
What if I provided the incorrect address?
If you provided the incorrect address please contact me as soon as possible! If your order has already been dispatched the buyer will be responsible for postage for reshipment. If your package has been sent back to me because of an incomplete address the buyer is responsible for reshipment.
Tracking says 'delivered' but it is not here
Any package that is marked as delivered is no longer my responsibility. Buyers will have to contact their local post office. Due to dishonest customers that I have experienced in the past, I will no longer be sending any replacements for packages marked as delivered.
